Return, Refund & Reshipment Policy

All requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date the tracking information shows the order as delivered.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Reshipment

Lumenova will provide a free reshipment or refund in the following situations:

1-The wrong size or color was sent due to our error.

2-The product arrived damaged.

3-The package has not been delivered within 30 days from the latest logistics tracking update, provided the shipping information was complete and correct.

To process any claim, customers must provide clear supporting evidence such as photos, videos, or screenshots of tracking information.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or reshipments will not be approved in the following situations:

1-The customer ordered the wrong size or color.

2-Slight color differences caused by screen or lighting variations.

3-The product is not damaged, but the customer is dissatisfied with the quality.

4-Incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided by the customer.

5-Tracking shows the package as delivered, but the customer claims it was not received.

6-Damage to the outer packaging only.

7-Certain fragile items unless confirmed in advance.
